We want your order to reach you and your pup quickly and safely. Here's what to expect.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because we work with trusted vendors and suppliers, some items may ship separately or arrive at slightly different times.
Delivery times
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and the product ordered.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more.
- Standard shipping is a flat $8 on U.S. orders under $70.
- Express shipping is available for $15 where offered.
- Selected items may qualify for free shipping regardless of order total — this will be reflected at checkout.

International orders
International shipping is available to select destinations, with rates calculated at checkout based on the carrier and destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Split shipments
Some Pup & Paw products ship from different vendors or fulfillment locations, so an order with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If part of your order arrives first, don't worry — the rest is still on the way.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Delays
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll help look into it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll review the issue and do our best to make it right. For returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
