Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and the product ordered.

Because we work with trusted vendors and suppliers, some items may ship separately or arrive at slightly different times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Pup & Paw offers free shipping on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout or in our shipping policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some Pup & Paw products may ship from different vendors or fulfillment locations. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry, the rest of your order is still on the way.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us through our Contact page and we’ll help look into it.

Can Pup & Paw products help improve my dog’s health?

Do dental chews replace brushing my dog’s teeth?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order information.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, chews, and certain pet care products may not be eligible for return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if that happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What if I ordered the wrong item?
